Set-up and shipping

Timings

Shipping via the warehouse

• Shipping costs are $45 per box ($90 per box if no shipping form is received by April 24th).
• Shipments may only be received at the warehouse from Monday, April 13th through Monday, April 27th. Shipments arriving outside these dates will be returned.
• You must label all boxes with the following:
  ACSIL April 29 / [your company name] / Table # [your table number]

  If you are not exhibiting, substitute REG DESK for a table number

• Address your shipment to :

• Complete and return the shipping form by Friday April 24th. Failure to do so will incur a penalty charge of an additional $45/box.

Return shipments

• Please bring shipping labels, international forms, etc. for return packages.
• Return labels must have the following information:

• All return shipments must have a valid shipping account number assigned to them (e.g. by UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
• The warehouse will collect all boxes after the event, provided they are properly secured and labeled.
• You must schedule your courier to pick up from the warehouse no later than noon on Monday, May 4th.

Neither ACSIL, Visual Connections, GIO Express, nor Midtown Loft assumes any liability or responsibility for shipments not properly shipped or labeled.

No shipping to the venue

Shipments may not be sent to the venue. Your staff must bring any materials into the venue that are not sent via the warehouse.
