Information for exhibitors
Entry in the show guide and pre-event advertising
All exhibitors are listed in the printed show guide (handed out to all attendees). Each entry includes the exhibitor’s brand name, logo, contact details, and a short description. If you upload an image, this may be used (with a credit) in pre-event advertising.
If you choose to represent a second brand (at a cost of just $250), it will have a separate listing in the show guide and in the online gallery. You can select this option when you book or you can add it to your booking afterwards by creating a supplementary booking.

Deadline for uploading image, logo and text: March 27 (or sooner to be featured in pre-event advertising)
Images and details for online gallery
As soon as you make your booking your company is included in the exhibitor list and online gallery. The details are drawn from your Visual Connections directory entry, which you can update online. Exhibitors are also featured in the public, searchable Visual Connections directory for one year (new listings go live on receipt of booking payment or deposit).
Electricity
An electricity outlet can be provided to your table at no extra cost, but you must request this in advance by selecting the option in your online booking details.

Internet access
Wireless Internet access is included in the exhibitor package. However the bandwidth available is not suited to HD streaming, so please run showreels and automated demos from a local computer or DVD player. The WiFi password will be given out on the day. We are unable to provide hard-wired Internet access at this event.
Rentals
We have negotiated great prices for flat-screen display rentals. Please order directly from rentacomputers.com using this fax order form.
Deadline for ordering rental equipment: April 21
Badges
Please enter the names of whoever will be coming from your organization. Badges for additional staff over your allowance (2 per table) are free but must be booked in advance and are limited to a total of 4 per table.
