Prize drawing

Guarantee loads of traffic to your table by participating in the prize drawing.

Contributions to the prize fund are pooled, allowing us to offer a very attractive top prize of a $2,000 travel gift certificate, along with a number of smaller prizes.

How the prize drawing works

• Every prize sponsor features on the prize card handed out to all attendees.
• An attendee must get all prize sponsors to stamp their prize card to qualify for the prize drawing.
• Four drawings are held during the day, with one or two winners picked at random to receive a prize.
• At the final drawing, prizes are allocated to each of the prize winners. This way everyone has at least one chance to win the top prize.
• Visual Connections will arrange purchase and delivery of prizes.

Serve beer, wine or desserts from your table

Invite guests to wind down with a premium brew, a smooth red or refreshing white wine served at your table from 5pm. What better way to win friends and influence people! We can also provide you with glasses, printed with your logo, to give away.

Or entice guests with a selection of delicious mini desserts during the afternoon.

• Choice of prime locations on the floor plan.
• Acknowledgement (including logo) on the inside front cover of the show directory (which buyers hang on to as a useful reference book).

Sponsors must purchase a Large or Extra Large space. An additional table will be provided for serving from.
