Set-up

Shipping via the warehouse

• Shipping costs are $40 per box (or $80 per box if your shipping form is not received by April 27th).
• Shipments may only be received at the warehouse from Friday, April 15th through Friday, April 29th. Shipments arriving outside these dates may be returned or incur extra charges.
• You must label all boxes with the following:
  Visual Connections May 5 / [your company name] / Table # [your table number]

  If you are not exhibiting, substitute REG DESK for a table number

• Address your shipment to:

• Complete and return the shipping form by Wednesday April 27th. Failure to do so will incur a penalty charge of an additional $40/box.

Return shipments

• Please bring shipping labels, international forms, etc. for return packages.
• Return labels must have the following information:
  Origin of pickup:

• All return shipments must have a valid shipping account number assigned to them (e.g. by UPS, FedEx or DHL).
• The warehouse will collect all boxes after the event, provided they are properly secured and labeled.
• You must schedule your courier to pick up from the warehouse no later than noon on Monday, May 9h.

Neither Visual Connections, GIO Express, nor the Ivy Room assumes any liability or responsibility for shipments not properly shipped or labeled.

No shipping to the venue

Shipments may not be sent to the venue. Your staff must bring any materials into the venue that are not sent via the warehouse.

Loading/unloading

Load-in is via the loading gate at 11 E. Ontario St, where there is an elevator. Please pay attention to the parking restrictions if you need to leave your vehicle while unloading.
